Wrinkles are depressions that appear on the skin's surface as a result of multiple factors.
There are different types of wrinkles depending on what caused them, their depth or their origin.
TYPES
Expression wrinkles:
Expression lines are those that form on the forehead when raising the eyebrows, those between the eyebrows that occur when frowning, and crow's feet that appear around the eyes.
Photo-aging Wrinkles:
Age and the effect of UVA rays on our skin cause photo-aging, the main manifestations of which are the appearance of dark spots at the level of the epidermis and the appearance of wrinkles and loss of firmness at the level of the dermis.
Gravitational wrinkles:
This is the case of gravitational wrinkles, produced by the weight of gravity that it exerts on the skin tissues and causes them to lose their elasticity and flaccidity. These types of wrinkles are accentuated in the areas of the cheeks, chin, eyelids, between the eyebrows and neck.
